These terms cover the Annoy Your Friends iPhone app (“Annoy”) and this website, made by Tundra Industries, Hawaii, United States. Using Annoy means you accept them.
What Annoy is
A group buzzer. People who accepted the same invite share one button; pressing it buzzes everyone else in the group, within the limits of the machine: ten presses an hour each, the recipient’s quiet hours, mute, leave.
No harassment
The joke is the machine, not a person. Do not use Annoy to harass, threaten, intimidate or humiliate anyone. Do not use names or group names that are hateful, sexual, threatening or aimed at a real person. Do not try to get around the limits, the quiet hours or a mute, or keep adding someone who left.
Reports and removal
Anyone can report a member or a group name from inside the app. We review reports and we remove groups, names and users that break these terms, without notice when we need to. Group owners and admins can remove members at any time.
Your part
Only invite people who want to be in the group. You are responsible for the name you choose and the groups you run.
Annoy Pro
Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold by Apple. There is no subscription and nothing renews. It makes the groups you own Pro groups; it never buys more presses. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. Prices may change for future buyers.
Delivery
Buzzes travel as notifications. Whether and when they arrive depends on the recipient’s settings, Focus, connection and Apple. We do not promise that any buzz is delivered.
Fair use
Do not decompile, tamper with, overload or resell the app or its server, and do not try to unlock Pro without buying it.
Availability
The app and this site are provided as they are, without warranties. We may change or end features. To the fullest extent the law allows, Tundra Industries is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
